Asked me if I wanted the sandwich toasted to which I said yes, but did not toast the sub. On top of this, my total came to 10.60 so i gave the cashier a 20 with some change so I could get back a $10 bill. This should've been a reasonable request, but the cashier was very rude and refused to do so, shaking her head at me when I asked...

I ordered 2 platers today for my employees. I specifically asked them to put all of the lettuce, tomatoes etc.. on the SIDE side I have a few employees have ALLERGIES. Them Manager told me the she recommends putting them on the sandwiches.. Hey That's not what I asked you to do. She barely even speaks English for crying out loud. I also asked for Roast Beef and Tuna for one of the platers.. They are ALL COLD CUTS. You guys Seriously need to get your act together. NEVER going back there again.

Had the most bizarre experience at this location. We came around 7:30pm on a weekday evening which we understood quite possibly there would be no soup left. We saw the sign that said potatoe my husband’s favourite so he took a shot and asked if they had any ( still don’t understand why 90% of Subways keep soup signs up even when they run out). The girl and guy behind the counter said they weren’t sure and the guy looked in and said it looked liked they were out, not even enough for a small. As the girl was making our subs we noticed the guy was attempting to put what was left of the soup in a container. My first though was “ what a great employee! Super persistent, looks like he is trying to give us the last of what’s left”. Nope, he filled the container to what he could and shockingly picked up his own sub in a bag and walked away with the soup and sub into the back. Another girl passed him as he made his way into the back and quietly said to the girl making our subs, “ is he taking that?” “ he can’t do that”? The girl who passed him went back to find him presumably tell him that he can’t just take soup to eat. So bizarre, my review is 4 stars based on the fact that the two girls showed ethics and one gave him feedback in the moment however it would have been 1 if we hadn’t witnessed the other employees’ reaction to this guy’s moment of entitlement and poor decision quality.

Staff was snobby. Was the ONLY customer in the store, grabbed a bottled drink and chips for the meal while my sub was toasting. She basically said I was slowing the process down by doing that. Dont know what the rush was with an empty subway.

Decent place for lunch. Good food and service. New coffees are much better than before so I have an alternative to Tim Hortons. Unlike Quiznos, their two washrooms always available:-) even I buy nothing. Thank generous and kind owner a lot!
