I enjoyed my dinner at ALE last night. The covered patio was toasty, comfortable, and lit beautifully when the light began to fade. Our waitress was attentive and upbeat and the food was delicious. Get the Ginger Spice Cake for dessert.

We got married at ALE in September 2024, and we can't thank this venue enough for making our day absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. First off, Ben is an absolute ALL-STAR when it comes to every little detail on your big day. He’s there every step of the way—holding your dress, fetching water, assisting with photos, answering questions, directing guests—you name it, he does it. His dedication made such a difference, and we truly couldn’t have asked for better support. The entire ALE team was an absolute pleasure to work with—attentive, kind, and incredibly organized. They handled everything, from the stunning decor to the delicious food, making the entire planning process stress-free. Our wedding had about 80 guests for dinner, plus 20 more in the evening, and the venue was the perfect size for our group. A huge bonus is that it’s located on a gorgeous golf course—they even close off a hole so you can take sunset photos! The garden ceremony space was equally stunning, creating the most beautiful backdrop for our vows. If you’re looking for a venue that truly takes care of everything and makes your wedding day magical, ALE is the place. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

There is so much I could say about how happy we are with our wedding at ALE in June 2025. Leading into a wedding there is so many causes of stress. From finding vendors and organizing the timing for when to have things ready and ensure they are setup on time. The team you have behind you on your wedding day sets the tone for how the day will be. The team at ALE offers so much support and that team starts with Ben.nnBen is a man of many hats, following our wedding I don't know what I should call him: Wedding planner? DJ? Bartender? Friend? Our wedding went perfectly and we were able to focus on the day, and just be present and enjoy it. So much of that is attributable to Ben. His care and his attention to detail truly ensured everything went smoothly. Ben was always 3 steps ahead of us, ensuring everything stayed on time. He took the schedule in hand, wrangling family members, photoshoots and kept everyone where they had to be when they had to be there. We were able to focus on the wedding and simply enjoy our day. Ben made sure we had moments to just enjoy ourself, enjoy our food, and be free from the pressure.nnALE itself is a beautiful venue. The golf course offers the versatility to take photos in many equally beautiful locations. For golden hour photos, there is no better setting then an empty gold course, with flowers and lakes to be next to. The kitchen and all of its staff showed so much care in preparation of all our food and appetizers. As we had several guests with dietary restrictions like celiac and nut allergies, it can always be stressful to find the right place. We never had a single concern as they were attentive to all the details leading up to the wedding. The bar offered great cocktail options for cocktail hour and fantastic service and efficiency all throughout the night!nnA team with a great leader is still never successful without a great supporting cast to back them up. Credit to all of the staff at ALE who treated everyone with respect and were friendly, quick and helped make our day perfect! Thank you all so much! You have our reccomendation and our gratitude!

ALE is an amazing restaurant, and also a wonderful wedding venue. My spouse and I had our wedding in October 2024, and the experience was everything we could have hoped for. As vegans something we valued was a completely vegan wedding, but even our non vegan guests had a blast! We would highly recommend for a night out or for a special event!

A pleasant venue for an evening meal. We went for dinner during the evening in January. We guessed that the view would have been impressive had it been during the daytime or summer. It was unfortunately dark when we attended.nThe food was flavourful, and the service was friendly. They looked after us well.nOne of our friend's chicken wings was a little undercooked, but on the whole, it was a good meal.nI would recommend the beer.nThe fish and chips were just OK....a little heavy on the batter, but compared to other restaurants that offer it, it was still decent.nThe green Thai chicken dish was excellent.nThe salmon that our friends ordered was flavourful too from their feedback.
