Best place I have ever been!  And, I've been to the Mayo.  It is much more personal than the main facility and much cleaner all around with a much more efficient staff.  Best of all the doctors really take the time to get to know you.

I had a GI proceedure schuduled, but needed to cancel. do to an emergency dental problem.  I spoke to Terri  who was so understanding and suggested I speak  to one of the nurses.  Deb the nurse called me immediatly and was so kind and understanding, and helped me reschudle my appointment.  What a great crew at Moorland Reserve,  Shout out to Heidi as well, thank you for all the great direction on my up coming proceedure.  Love this place.

I am an employee and this is a good clean facility. Recently add a brand new Emergency Department that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Alicia Morales APNP was my provider today and she was fantastic! The whole experience was a positive one. She was thorough, listened to my concerns and I am 100% satisfied. Highly recommend this place and Alicia.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. My poor husband was so sick, and I finally talk him into going into the ER at the New Berlin, WI site. They were so mean, rough, and down right rude I almost lost it. The doctor had no bed side manner whatsoever and told my husband he was too busy to explain procedures to him, and forced my poor hubby into something that ended up making him worse. The nurse got mad at my poor hubby because he was sweating and his IV fell out so while that needle is hanging out of his arm she proceeds to put another one in and miss his veins..sending blood everywhere. She kept going until he was bruised and bloody then scolded him saying she had to tape it down because he was sweaty. Finally the doctor says he needs to go to a hospital and I intervened and had him sent to a Wheaton Hospital. There was no way I was having him go to another Froedtert anything. He was inpatient for four days and the Wheaton staff and doctors were so amazing. They took really good care of him and I got my beautiful husband back healthy. Please don't send a loved one to that ED Froedtert in New Berlin. Save yourself and family from being belittled and basically abused. I will also be contacting patient advocate but I thought I'd start here and warn people.
