Dr. Ward seems to know his stuff, but his staff runs the gamut between being clueless and being simply inept. I filled out a release form so that my medical records could be transferred from my previous doctor, but by the time I called in to get my prescription refilled (one month later), they had not only NOT obtained the records (I called my previous doctor's office and they never received a request), but they continued to waste time over the course of three additional weeks - I still do not have my prescription! I liked Dr. Ward, but I simply cannot afford this kind of incompetence! Go only if you have a one-time need, as they cannot be relied upon for any kind of continuous care.

Expect to pay an additional $230 or more per visit on top of regualr hospital fees because this place is an extension of pro helath care. So they charge you just to go there! I will never go here again which is unfortunate because i saw dr. Lyon and she was great but the facility is double charging just for using the facility!!! Dont expect then to explain. 1 sign is all they need to double charge you!!

Dr. Reed delivered my daughter last year and he did an amazing job! But ive always been treated rudely on the phone when calling to schedule an appointment. I wish I could continue seeing Dr. Reed but i refuse to be treated that way. Ive even asked for office people to put in a note to have my dr call me which evidently the note never gets to him because i never recieve a phone call.

I have a wonderful experience there of how much they care. I actually went to the Aurora urgen care on corporate drive by Waukesha. I was seen there but ended up having to go to a near ER . I had a bad infection that was almost affecting my kidneys and I went to an ER and had a bad experience there and they said I was fine but I wasn't. The awesome RN Bob from urgent care that made a call back to make sure I was ok. He made sure I was well attended And made calls to make sure I went back and got my attention I needed at that ER because He knew it was serious! He made all follow up calls to assure I was ok This expirience since 2013 has a special meaning to me of how I highly recommend this place. He is greatly appreciated and their process of calling back! Thanks Aurora Urgent care for your services! María Barajas

A clean waiting room and quiet not a long wait time! For the most part Dr.''s that listen to you and not AT you.
