ProHealth Care

I am constantly let down with Pro Health Care. Reception is always rude, I am always waiting at least 30 minutes in the waiting room, staff is extremely unprofessional. I have been trying to set up behavioral health services for the past four days. I have left five voice mails and even reached out to my PCP for help getting in contact with them and no one from her office will get back to me. I will be taking my patience elsewhere because I am let down time after time. I would not recommend anyone to Pro Health Care for any reason at all.

they deeserve ZERO stars. Negative stars. Patient services lack basic customer skills. If you have other options other than PROHEALTH CARE they are probably better.

ProHealth as a company is an absolute nightmare to deal with, but most of the people who work there are nice. It's hard to withhold sarcasm and provide honest feedback but I'll try. The phone numbers listed in Google send you on a confusing journey through the ProHealth labyrinth when all you want to do is make an appointment to see your doctor. The communication between ProHealth and pharmacies is extremely frustrating, faxes are constantly not received, prescriptions are wrong, and god help you if you need to use a compounding pharmacy. The healthcare industry is a mess, and now it will likely get much worse when Trump has his way with it. I guess we need to always be grateful that at least we don't live in India, where ProHealth sends its medical transcriptions.

Great job check in through the appointment. Really nice facilities as well.
