Why can't we give zero stars? Warning, do NOT use ProHealth if you can help it! Billing department is unreasonable and excessive in their practice. The Billing department charges more for patient costs through insurance than private pay! Specifically, after insurance coverage the net charge to a patient is STILL higher than private-pay would be. An issue 5-months ongoing and still unresolved and waiting for billing to respond

The wait is always long when you don't feel well but it was a comfortable wait. The staff was AWESOME!!! I'd go back if needed.

So i brought my mother-in-law to the urgent care for her shoulder pain I was told the wait time was 15 mins and we didn't there was an emergency right after and after 30 mins of wait I went to ask the service desk and instead of nicely telling me there was an emergency she started saying people think it's a hospital but this is urgent care so wait for your turn and then i was getting late to pick up my kids I went to the desk and told the other lady at the desk that i had to leave but this woman named (nimita) was so rude saying i was being over dramatic for no reason she needs to learn some good service manners all she does is gossiping with the patients coming in and have other patient wait in line thats bad service for patients 😐

Is there a way to give them ZERO STARS? They do not even deserve 1. They are terrible with PATIENT services. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for a receptionist as other people (that worked there) walked past me and the other lady in line. I opened the window to call for someone to help us and they basically ignored me since it was not their job. Too bad these reviews don't matter to them. They will also be QUICK to drop you if you miss an appt.

Worst in Patient Care and Service. My wife had stomach pain due to Gastro (as per Prohealth Doctor); as she had pain she choose prohealth Urgent care. Urgent care doctor sent her for CAD Scan instead of ultrasound and prescribed 160$ Omeprazole from a specified brand. Good that Walgreens Pharmacist suggested to choose over the counter one as Doctor didn't respond to the alternative medicine. Prohealth is not providing Service for money just trying to loot the patients without medical knowledge. I contested and what they said and sent is a document which my wife signed "Which says we are responsible for all the treatments and decisions made by unethical and irresponsible doctors" Unfortunately we still need to use their so called Service as they are just nearby. Keep away from them..
