I had a horrible experience with the APNP Mary E Taggett. I went there because I got in accident on the freeway. A car rear ended me. She asked me if more than one vehicle was involved. And I said, no, just one hit me. And she said, I thought you just said, one vehicle was involved with an attitude and I said, yeah, mine and one other. Then, from there, she just had so really bad attitude. Barely checked me out, didn't order any x.Rays or tests or nothing. My whole right side of my body is aching so bad. I don't wanna move. I feel lightheaded dizzy and nauseous. And now that I am in this amount of pain, and it's getting worse. I need to go back to see somebody because of her negligence. Also I another urgent care visit and they said that the doctor wrote in the notes that she offered X-rays and that 100% not true. She told me she did not want to order x rays and expose me to radiation.If she didn't need to. Which I personally think was a bad call.

I recently went to the urgent care in May 2026 for a cut on my finger that wouldn’t stop bleeding over the course of 6 hours. I made it in about 25 min before closing, there was one person checking in in front of me. As I completed check in with the kind representative I was called back to take care of my wound. The nurses and Dr were incredibly kind and caring and got me fixed up quickly. The location is clean. I would 100% go back in a situation for which I needed professional care. Thank you all for what you do!

Very good care today and the doctor listened to all my concerns. I was able to get in within 10 minutes. He gave good suggestions to help my issue. He had good personality and friendly manner.

Camrin PA in Urgent Care is thoughtful, thorough and very knowledgeable. She asked a lot of clarifying questions about how I was feeling, truly listened to my concerns and didn’t hesitate to order X-rays which caught a pneumonia. Very grateful to have received such excellent care!

Dr. Sarah Knopp was very nice, never made me feel rushed, and took my concerns seriously. I made the appointment the night before and because I was early I was seen and taken care of prior to my actual appointment time, which helped save me time. If only Walgreens was as helpful in quickly approving my prescription....
