Avoid this location. I was at a 7:45 am ENT appointment, 3 employees spent about 10 minutes talking to the previous patients about personal stuff like their sons playing basketball at waukesha west etc. The other 2 employees were listening in the entire time while I stood there, by the time I got up there they told me I was too late to my appointment and had to reschedule.nnNext appointment was several weeks out, and I already had been miserable for 6 weeks. Missed that one because I failed to remember it wasn't at my usual location. 30 min away. So I had to reschedule and will suffer 5 more weeks. Go to a different location where the staff isn't ignorant.

Been here a couple times. Have always been impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and the aesthetics. Had to get some imaging done, and the technicians were extremely patient, explaining the complete procedure.

The front desk lady had disregarded me trying to check in for my son’s appointment twice. I asked to check in at arrival saying we were there for urgent care and made an appointment online - she told us to take a seat and it’ll be a while. We were totally fine with that, however I got a text from urgent care about how we needed to still check in for our appointment, I got a weird feeling and asked again 15 mins prior to the appointment time given to us and explained I got text saying we needed to check in and she said “those texts they send out are a lot sometimes” or something along those lines and I saw our name still on the top 3 for the next appointments. I figured maybe they did save our spot since we come here for our urgent care appointments but weird. Our appointment time came and then my son’s name was off the list. I approached her again saying how I have been trying to check in even after you told me to take a seat the first time now my sons name is not on the list anymore after listening to your directionsnnShe apologized, felt bad, I debated on fully leaving after getting to the door with my son but found courage to go back and try to get him seen still since I didn’t want to carry over her disregarding me to my son, that wouldn’t be fair for him, so I chatted with her still trying to get him seen and she managed to fix the mishap apologizing which is fine and they are busy in their jobs I get it. I just wanted to share so it doesn’t happen to other people and hope no one feels disregarded by someone there like I had felt more after leaving there nearly two / three hours later

The receptionist was wonderful and very vheerful, put her lunch on pause to serve me with a smile and laugh. The lady who dealt with me was kind and knowledgeable, they ran tests within 10 minutes and prescribed me what I needed.

I saw nurse practitioner, Megan. She did an excellent job. Was very through and I was completely satisfied with my visit. I would highly recommend.
