Dr. Bishop's dedication to patient care and their well-being is commendable. The healthcare world would be less intimidating if it were filled with more providers like her. I also want to express my heartfelt appreciation to the nurses and care team. Their commitment to their patients is truly admirable.
I was having issues with logging in for a video visit for my son and contacted the Dr's office to communicate I was unable to log in. Jacqueline G answered the phone and demonstrated patience, humor, assistance and understanding. It is rare that we get a live person to talk to when there are issues and her customer service skills were exceptional. I was thankful for everything she did to help resolve this issue, which it did. This was the third time this issue occurred and had zero resolution the previous times, she was able to get me to correct people and even followed up the next day with a message checking back. Pro-Health is lucky to have Jacqueline G. answering the phones and on their team!
The people here are wonderful. My elderly Mom has had the best care here. We have been quite happy after a number of ER and inpatient stays.
Just the overall attitude of the staff is awful. Very poor service and little to almost no concern for their patience. The only saving grace at this place are the surgeons. I would rather drive an hour to UW Madison than 10 minutes to Waukesha Memorial. The facility clearly has a ton of money dumped into it but their people skills leave everything to be desired. Easily the worst hospital I've ever been to in my life.
I had been sick for a month and a half and then became direly ill so I went into ER. They took me back quickly and ran all sorts of tests, apparently my gallbladder had to be removed. I went into septic shock so was put in ICU for 2 days. After that they moved to me to the fourth floor and I have to say that the nurses and the CNAs and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful, it meant a lot because I was alone
