Vascular Doctors and Nurses were extremely patient today when my boyfriend had surgery! We've never had such a good experience with a surgery. The staff was extra patient, caring, and took extra time to deal with his closterphobia issue. We thank you so much for your above and beyond service. I apologize I can't remember everyone's names.

It is very irritating when you are not allowed to visit a dying family member because the nurse hasn’t updated the notes saying more than 4 are allowed at a time. Also even when the notes are updated they half check them and don’t allow you through. There is no compassion. They mad an already hard and difficult process even more hard and difficult. This happened not only on one occasion but multiple. Front desk asking about your visit. I don’t feel that I need to divulged to them that I am there to see a dying family member every time I come and them still not letting me through.

So my son inlaw had thyroid cancer had it removed today he is alone scared crying in pain only get Tylenol for pain plus my daughter sat there waiting to go see him and they forgot she was waiting to see him finally gets to see him at 730 then told she had to leave wasn't aloud to stay with him. What happened to patients right i guess freodrert dont care about patients and their wants or needs plus what nurse says to a patient and fsmily that u can only stay if you r a minor or dyeing that is so not professional i will be taking this as high as i can i want answers
