Freshly Squeezed

This may be the worst one of all their shops. This one is located in Mcaurthur Glen Outlet Mall and on any given day there may only be ONE worker for the entire mall. On this particular visit there was only one worker and 2 customers ahead of me and 5 behind. Luckily for me he was almost through serving the 2 ahead of me. When I got my drink - Mango slush with pearls I noticed how very few pearls there were in my drink but I was just glad to have gotten it. My first sip and first taste if pearls and it was clear why it looked as though there were very few. They were not fully cooked. So naturally I was not very happy. I took another sip just in case it was just that one. Too my surprise they were all raw. I returned to the shop which now had more customers. I asked him for my receipt which he did not give to me upon payment and he asked if did my drink not taste good. "The pearls are not fully cooked. They are raw" He began to tell me that they were fully cooked and I just walked out. I tried to contact Freshly Squeezed but I am still awaiting response. I am thankful that I know what tapioca should taste like hopefully no one got sick.

visited the place last Sunday. The store was very clean and juice was fresh. I was impressed by the employee working there. She was all alone and there was a rush of customers but she was taking and making orders so efficiently while caring for the sanitising and cleaning procedures too. She was on her toes all the time i was in the store but even after being so busy she still was greeting customers nicely. Great job!

I always bank on freshly squeezed for my healthy choice beverages ! What a freshly sequzeed flavour you experience! One of the best juice bar in the town ! I really like thier lemon,orange and pineapple blend and sugarcane mints juices. I really impressed with their customer service.Food: 5/5

The staff was polite but had no idea what tastes good and all they had to say was yes it is popular if asked how was it. We werent told about Weekend specials until we saw them which is not good on their part. We got Medium Sugarcane Juice with mint and garlic in it but it just wasn't worth it. Ordered Medium Berry Smoothie which was without yogurt as they dont put one in them. It was just a waste of money. Wont try this place again.

I order mango bubble tea slash too sweet Like a normal mago juice Maybe i will not buy bubble tea at this store But if juice maybe can consider

Today, when we were ordering, the staff south-east Asian lady kept talking on the phone with somebody else, we ordered honeydew and the staff gave us a strawberry drink, when we found out the order was wrong, the staff didn’t even bother to say sorry and meanwhile she was still talking on the phone to somebody else, the staff even blamed us for the wrong drink with very rude and impolite attitude. We said we were going to make a complaint letter and the staff said “whatever”, terrible customer service and I will tell my friends and family to not come. If the manager/owner sees this review, please replace the lady.

Went there today afternoon and ordered three sugarcane juices which was not worth it. Doesn’t tasted like sugarcane juice at all also terrible customer service. they had short staff too as only one lady was working who was taking and making orders all by herself. Looked like she was frustrated. Definitely will avoid this place in future. Not recommended.!!

No complaints, considering social distancing and the massive line up the service was efficient and the drinks tasted great. I’m not sure what the previous reviews I’m reading here experienced as it sounded horrible. Unless it was severely different I think people need to consider factors like social distancing, no indoor seating and massive lines when judging customer service. They were polite and to the point but I don’t expect a conversation under the circumstances.

The place looks nice, so we decided to buy the Brown sugar tea lattle. After we ordered it turns out to be a very cheaply made bad sugary drink. They simply don't know how to make bubble tea. Please just avoid and don't waste your money on it and you'll thank me later.Food: 1/5

I did not like their smoothies. It was not make with cream, milk or alternative. I bought two different kind of smoothies and they are so watery, not thick at all. My mouth was confused if I was drinking a slushy, smoothies or iced drink. Definately won't be going back. Even McDonald's my least smoothie maker makes better smoothies than this store. Fresh fruits plus ice cube that's all smoothies at this location. Also the counter and the machine looks unclean. I hardly look that far but it was an eye sore for me. I can't stop starring at the dirty conter, machine, even the fruits were not neatly kept. They are just dump there on the ice. Also you can't have want you want on the menu because they were out of some fruits and they didn't borther to replenished. What a shame and this location is at a busy outlet mall. Not impress! You can give their ice tea a try maybe they do that one good. I won't know because I did not try their iced tea of different flavors.
