Two for of milk tea is pretty great. They can also make a black lemon tea which is very tasty. Staff wear plaid and are younger but friendly. They prepare quickly and you won't wait long. They have take out bags for multiple orders.

Tried the mango pomelo sago drink. It looked very nice and pretty. Good presentation. A bit too sweet and thick for me though and I didn't notice any fresh pomelo in it except on top that seemed defrosted from frozen. More like a mango sago drink. An average fruit drink experience.

Convenient location, large selection of tea drinks, fast service. Ordered honey Pomelo tea, it is warm and delicious. The place is debit card and cash only.

Passed by this store many times. Usually long lines ups. Decided to give it a try and pretty good bbt. Had a Mango Pomello w lychee coconut jelly and sago. Yummy.

Honestly hard to beat the buy 1 get 1 deal. Service is quick and no nonsense. Price is low but this place is one of my favourites for milk tea and pearls. It just tastes right. Parking: Lots of spots unless you want to park right next to the entrance during peak hours.
