Freshii

Not great.... Spent $70+ dollars on takeout lunch - four burritos, one of which was *vegetarian*. Unfortunately when we got home they aren't marked so we had to cut them open kinda ruining the burrito experience right there. We then find that they ALL have chicken in them... If these basics aren't right, you worry about the rest of what goes on. We called back, got no apology and just offered a credit for ONE burrito "next time we're in". Firstly the whole lunch is pretty ruined when one person can't eat, and secondly why exactly would we risk it again?

I love freshii at other locations and I love green smoothies at home & from multiple smoothie places, but the proportions were way off here. A huge amount of kale and hardly any balancing fruit I saw the container was nearly empty, so probably they couldn't bother refilling it and not enough liquid. We came here for a treat but it felt like a punishment because it was so thick. Freshii has a great concept but they need better quality control re: proportions. Not sure if the owner or manager allows the staff to try the smoothies, that will probably help them understand how to get the quantities right.

So I will say I went ate around 13:00 on a Sunday and it was completely dead. The one woman working alone was super sweet . But the quality was not up to what I expect.from Freshii. The girl forgot the sauce on both the Teriyaki bowl and Cobb salad, which was excusable because I was bringing it home for my kids and we don't like sauce too much,and we were lucky to have the same sauces at home, so we just put our own on. But she was really stingy with everything, and each bowl was barely haf full, which i am not used to from the freshii"s elsewhere i have been. And the crispy onions and rice both tasted stale like cradboard. I was wondering if that was because of the carboard bowl bit again. I've never experienced this anywhere else before. . It was still edible, but really not the quality product iam used to from this chain. I wasn't going to post just because of the forgotten sauce, bur everything together will make me hesitate before going to this particular store again. Vegetarian options: You actually have to specify if you want meat or dairy products. Very vegetarian friendly! Parking: Free, ample parking

Went doing lunch hour. Was quick to get our order in but with just 2 staff working amidst the rush, it took 25 mins to get our order of 2 burritos and a bowl which were all tasty, so that's the good news!

Service was slow they made multiple online orders before my order. They were not busy at all and I was the only person in the store. I had waited five minutes to have my order taken and had to wait 15 more minutes for my food. All I had gotten was a soup and snack combo. The soup was pre made and only had to be portioned into a to go cup and the wrap wasn’t made until all the online orders where completed. The food was good which is why I had left 2 starts.

Let me start by saying how much I LOVE Freshii: quality of food, recipes and great service. I am one of the loyal customers, ordering a few times a week for my whole family. The Kanata location has all these great teenagers serving, always very sweet and polite. I appreciate them very much, especially during this hard time. Today, I placed an order using the app, my husband picked it up and, surprise....when I opened the order all 4 bowls were wrong. I am really OK with small mistakes and it is only human to be wrong once in a while, but all these 4 bowls were wrong. I ordered 2 Oaxaca bowls, one Pangoa and one Mediterranean. The Oaxaca bowl did not have kale and tomatoes and the avocado was a tiny little piece. The Mediterranean bowl was a completely different bowl, and the Pangoa one had half of the quantity that usually has. I went back to Freshii, but unfortunately the whole experience of fixing the order was very unpleasant for me, with one teenager girl telling me that I am "giving her attitude" and not really understanding that the order was wrong and it is NOT me who should apologize for this. All 3 girls there were newly hired and it was the first time I saw them. I do hope they get training, as at this moment I am not confident in spending my money on Freshii, as I am not getting the quality, the food amount, and not even what I am actually ordering. Stopped in as we saw an advertisement on the road that they had Buddha's bowls. Walked in and was greeted by a friendly worker who explained the menu. We ordered a tex mex burrito and a teriyaki twist and we were not disappointed. Will be coming back here again.

Great and heathy food that actually tastes great and fair prices! Staff is helpful, service is quick for what they need to do.

I’ve been ordering from here for years and I’ve been super disappointed the last two times I’ve ordered since they reopened. The portions are ridiculously smaller to the point where the bowl looks empty. It’s embarrassing to charge 15$ with tax for a half full veg bowl.

Didn't know Freshii was a thing but I'm so glad my friend took me here. The food is so delicious and yet so healthy. Prices aren't cheap but I think it's fair. This location was so cozy and I loved the design inside. They should open up more locations because I won't be working in Kanata anymore :
