We waited 10 minutes at the drive through speaker. We ordered the Whopper meal. We got the meal fast. The whopper is good although not very hot. The fries are VERY stale. It’s 2:15pm maybe these fries are leftover being redone? Just not good. We went inside the restaurant and we exchanged our stale batch with a fresh batch. If the customer has already drove off he will not be able to do that and he will be totally unhappy. The server is not happy to exchange our fries. She has pretty bad attitude. On top of that the restaurant looks really dirty inside. No more eating at this location.
Ok I've gone here too many times to count. I always want to review it but keep forgetting to take a photo before I wolf down my whopper. It's always fresh off the flame grill, smoky, hot and smelling amazing, then expertly wrapped in crisp paper. Such a joy to unwrap and take a big bite! I finally managed to restrain myself long enough this visit to take a photo of this masterpiece of a burger. It is just so good! What they don't tell you is that you can get two whoppers for $8. Why get a meal when you can get two burgers?!
Rather than the bad attitude some staff members. This location March road Kanata is the dirtiest location I have ever seen in Ottawa. I am attaching some photos as evidence.
Lady in black glasses, black hair in a bun wearing a personal purple hoodie from home, not wearing hair net, no gloves very unsanitary Gave very bad service and dismissed requests for dipping sauce when requested. Usually people at this location are very friendly and give extra dipping sauce without hesitation. I know we aren’t at the keg.. but giving someone a hard time about a dipping sauce is leaving us with a bad taste in our mouth.
The place is located in the heart of the technology park. The staff is very friendly and the food is in most cases very fresh and delicious. The seating area is wide enough to accommodate big groups, and the proximity to the offices and businesses of the tech park made it a great Solution to grab a bite. I highly recommend this place to everyone coming on March road. Kudos to Pooja, Jamini, Vineeth, Avneet and the whole team!
It was very cold inside restaurant, my Burger bun was dry and stale they forgot the mayo and there were a bunch of kids running the place and goofing around behind where burgers are made. I was waiting forever until they were done playing. That will be the last time I ever visit burger King again It is too consistently poor and I'm done waiting for them to get some very simple concepts right.
Less than 1 year ago, you could get the 2 for $8 whopper deal any day of the year. They have raised it up to 10 dollars. It is no longer a deal. I used to grab this 2 for $8 deal once or twice a week at least, now I won't ever be getting it again.. how is that much of a price raise in less than a year acceptable... Oh wait it's not as NO ONE gets that kind of raise ever.
I went in at 7pm on March 4th 2023. The staff were very rude and made the customers infront of me feel stupid because they didn’t know the full name of the item. They took over 30 minutes to make my food. We didn’t order a lot. Just 2 meals. They got mad at me for standing at the counter and waiting.
Drive-thru is brutality slow, expect up to a five minute wait per car The fountain drink machine does not produce anything that tastes like it's supposed to. The last two times I've visited I ordered coke: both times it has tasted radically different and never as it should Fries are boring, virtually no salt used Whopper tasted good at least
Horrible customer service. The amount of time it would take for me to verbally express all the issues I have with this restaurant, I’d be writing this survey for the next three days. Needless to say they don’t answer their phone. They do not cater to customers. When there was a mistake on your order it is not their fault and they will not fix it.
