Every experience I've had at this location has been great. Over the past 10 years I've bought from this store and always have been treated like the top customer. In the recent few years I've dealt with Kasey at this location. Kasey and her fellow staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help find what I need. I ordered a compressor from this location a few years ago and had the owner offer to come in on a Saturday to load it on my truck when his staff capable of forklift operation were not working that day. I could have waited until Mondat but he insisted. I will shop here for life. Thank you.
I bought and paid for a battery over the phone on Friday. Delivery service couldnt pick up until almost closing time Sat. Counter person was not interested in finding a prepaid order so l am without wheels 40k outside Fredericton until at least Tues Not a nice position to be in at 75 years of age when you need to shop for necessities. If l was a vindictive person l'd hope he choked on his turkey dinner. A meal l certainly won't be enjoying. Nevermind the fact he wasted the delivery drivers time and fuel. A person who was working late to ensure l would not be stranded.

Always friendly, store is always clean. Little more expensive than others, but parts are good quality. Can often get parts that other places can't for those obscure vehicles.
My 2019 cars blower motor died this past Christmas day. Everything was closed, but as soon as thing were open again, I called every parts store in fredericton. Napa was the only one in town that could find one to order in. They said it would be here the following week, for the very reasonable price of 130$ plus tax. I also called the dealership service department who said they can order the part but it would take 3 weeks to get in, and it would be $357 plus tax. So I called napa right back, ordered the part. It took just a few days, and now I have installed my new blower motor, and it works perfectly!! Thank you Napa, for the great service, and affordable parts. Alison.
Your typical auto parts shop. I've had some paint done up for some vehicles and never had any issues. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Has most of the parts for my car at a cheap or reasonable price. The staff is also very kind - they even offered me help to replace a bulb in my car's taillight.
Loved this place. Thanks AJ you rock. Truck now has ac working. Great deal on the ac recharging kit.
