I happened to be visiting in Albany several years ago and had been looking for some Roberto Coin pieces. I called Frank Adams and they had them. I went there and purchased them at a special price because Roberto Coin was there that day. They shipped them to me which even saved me more money and promptly took care of a problem that occured during shipping with a free upgrade.

I must disagree with any negative review of Frank Adams. On the Friday of Mother's Day weekend, I had a very pleasant experience with the staff here. For no charge or hassle, they actually fixed the metal chain on my purse, which I had broke up the previous evening. In addition, my friend and I browsed the David Yurman collection for potential graduation gifts (high hopes), and their staff was very helpful and let us try on different pieces. Also, they offered to clean our jewelry and now my ring looks brand new! To the owner and staff of Frank Adams, thank you for an enjoyably customer experience- it was a breath of fresh air compared to other stores in Stuyvesant. I hope to come back again.
