Deb at JC Penney, Clifton Park, NY, is a wonderful employee! I ordered a piece of luggage on line, and scheduled a pickup at the Clifton Park store. I went to pick up the luggage, but Deb discovered a problem with the "text message" notification system. She couldn't find the item I had paid for! She tracked down my item, and made the pick up process easy despite some internal issues she encountered.

Not only did they screw up the color of my hair but they literally burnt my scalp. I have actual blisters all over my head and was ignored when expressed how the dye burnt my scalp. When they washed the dye off after being in for 45 minutes, it came out a bright orange-rusty color. Told me it was my fault since my hair didn't take to the color. Never coming here again.

You buy, they are cordial. When you return they are soooo rude. I was returning some clothes that I bought the previous night, the checkout women smelled the armpits and shoulders of each and every item that I was returning. I honestly couldn't comprehend the reason for such a behavior. How insulting. I have never had such experience in Macys or other similar brand stores. I still can't get over it. Bye bye jcpenny!

Clerk was working overtime without pay and was so very nice. She even missed her bus, but we were the most important people on her mind. So refreshing to see employees who care about job and customer service.

I love their beddings and curtains. Good place to shop for household supplies. Their customer service is excellent.
