Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Staff is clueless and unprofessional. Who swears about their coworkers in front of a customer? Screwed up a custom order and then forgot to even call me to tell me. Went in to check on it after a month of waiting and they told me they didn't know what happened and they couldn't help me because a manager wasn't there that day so I had to come back during the week. Came back during my lunch break and it took forever to find my ring behind the counter because it's such a mess and took even longer to come to the conclusion that I couldn't special order the ring to my size because it was now too short of a time before my wedding and they have no way to track the status of a custom order. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU NOT TRACK A CUSTOM ORDER!? They couldn't even look up my order to prove I paid and wanted to see a credit card statement. If you do buy something from here.... keep your receipt!! Bottom line... unprofessional and un-knowledgeable employees, poor customer service, zero internal controls. Store also looks like it's a low class jeweler. Dirty and unorganized behind the counter. Had a much better experience getting my fiances ring next door at Kay.

Very rude staff, i believe she was the manager and didnt have the courtesy to even turn around and greet the customer. I stood there for a minute and asked if my ring could be inspected and cleaned as per their diamond bond they force us to use. She was doing her own work and said cleaning person is down. This is the 2nd time they have done similar behavior, not worth the treatment we get for buying diamonds worth thousands. Shame on you zales for hiring these women with no respect for customers. I am never buying here, remember youre not the only Diamond store in the mall

Don't ever buy a ring from here. This is my second one that has broken within a year of having it.

Beautiful layout the site is so easy to browse. I was surprised at the excellent range that can be found here, in both the different pieces and the range of pricing. Something to suit every ones pocket.
