PANDORA Jewelry

I had an issue with my bracelet and 1 of my charms being stuck! I concluded that it would break if I kept trying, so as my last result I went directly to Pandora! Not expecting the best service from Pandora due to my previous experiences in the original store that was on the 1st floor (Crossgates Mall) I was not looking forward to the visit. However at the new location (2nd floor) Erin and another woman who concluded the same thing were very pleasant and helpful. I left the store with my new bracelet and charm! Excellent customer service!

Going in is fine but calling on the phone is ridiculous. Im currently sitting on hold and have been over 8 minutes. Just had a quick question on what the date was for the sale their about to have and was told she would be right with me. Now going for 10 minutes and all I can hear is chatter. Seriously? Im a receptionist myself and this is rude. 12 minutes now, hanging up and calling again. Called two times, no answer.
