I've been in this store multiple times and the service has been excellent.  My questions have been asked, and I was easily directed to the merchandise I was looking for.  Would recommend this location for anyone.

So I go to the albany location today, only to be disrespected by a sales rep named Christine or Christina whatever. I will Never give them any business. She is rude and arragont and has no right being a sales rep.. The store manager however was gladly to help me. I will be calling the DM to explain my visit today.. save yourself the trouble and deal with anyone but her...

I bought a LeVian ring for this past Mother's Day.   Brought it back in a few days later to have a new one made in a size they didn't stock.  I was told it would be a few weeks. 
I called in June and they told me LeVian had sent the wrong ring and they would put a rush ticket on it.  I was told mid July.
Now today.... And it it's a few days early, I called and I was just told that it wouldn't be ready until sometime in September.... (That's with the rush.)

This is by far the worst experience I've had making a jewelry purchase.  

Go to Littman's or Northeastern or my current favorite Drew Sanders.  But whatever you do, avoid Kay's.  Not worth the wait or the trouble if you need a size 4.

Absolutely horrible customer service and this is not the first time either. I don't like to give other places bad reviews but the service was so awful it was necessary. I would recommend going ANYWHERE but this location in crossgates mall. Based on reading the other reviews clearly I'm not the only person who has had this problem.
