Waiting again.  Thank you to the administrator for responding.  However, I called per the invitation, was told administrator was in a meeting in her office, and was told I would get a call back.  I gave my information.  I have not received the call back.  It has been 24 hours, which more than adequate time to address a customer satisfaction issue.

One of the worst customer experiences I have had.  Had to wait every step of the way.  Triage, wait.  See technician, wait.  See vet, wait, Dog gets fluids, wait, Dog returned to us, wait 30 minutes to get our bill!  Had to ask 2 times.  Asked to have bill sent to our house, they declined.  We have excellent credit.  Get bill, and they tell us to wait again for discharging!  We said no.  They gave us a piece of paper to read and we left.  Overall diagnosis was OK, but we felt they were trying to sell us expensive x-ray and blood work.  We declined those items.  Unless it is a dire emergency, I recommend looking at other options.  Surprised they stay in business.

Absolutely horribly run. Staff and doctors from top to bottom need a course in how to talk to clients and how to not be rude. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone because how they handle situations is appalling and they just take people's money to take it.

Brought my sick dog to FVRC as a last resort when our local vet's didn't know what to do. The first doctor I saw, Dr Breuhl, was absolutely amazing. She was extremely nice, worked very well with the dog, and was very knowledgeable on recent research publications. Although we could not pinpoint an exact diagnosis after testing, I elected to go with surgery.  My dog had surgery successfully and was released the next day. The surgeon said he removed the mass effectively and I should wait to hear back from them on the exact nature of the tumor in 3-5 days. Dr Breuhl called me...THE NEXT DAY... and informed my the tumor was non-cancerous and benign. She sounded honestly ecstatic that everything worked out so well. I cannot recommend her highly enough, FVRC should be extremely thankful she decided to practice there.
  Although some of the doctors were less than friendly and forthcoming, I simply cannot give this place less than the maximum stars because the results were astonishing. Everyone seemed very adept at their job, like a well oiled machine. The price was very high, and it felt debilitating at times running tests with no concrete answers, but its hard to fault the doctors for that. In conclusion, this practice certainly isn't perfect: general kindness of certain individuals and cost could be improved, but they absolutely seem to know what they're doing and they gave me the one thing I really wanted: results. I've enjoyed another year thus far with my ole' girl that I may not have been able to otherwise. I would recommend them.

My dog was attacked by another dog, so we took him to Fox Valley Animal Referral Center.  Dr. Forbes admitted him and was extremely caring while explaining our options.  His bedside manner was phenomenal and I can tell that he really cares about the welfare of the animals.  I do not remember the names of any of the technicians or front-desk workers, but they were very professional and positive as well.  Overall, I would highly recommend this facility and staff to others.

We had an emergency with our dog and had to go there. They were so kind in our sad moment of need.  The staff was so caring! They did an amazing job in such a hard situation! Was so pleased with the experience
