Bad service. I was buying a sweater for my wife for the holidays, specifically asked the sales representative about return policy, but she misled me. Told me I may opt for an exchange if my wife doesn't like them. I didn't like that this young lady looked somewhat annoyed and profiling clients in an almost-empty store that evening. After the holidays, I spoke to a so-called manager days after for an exchange, she explained that was my mistake not to read the policy myself because it was a final sale and I should know better, and "the system would not allow her to do so", even after I explained that the seller originally told me otherwise. I really do not need this. Cats chasing dogs... If you are a gentleman looking for a decent gift for your loved one, go somewhere else. They do not deserve your money. I swear I will never step a foot in that place. neither will my wife

This store makes me dizzy as there are so many items quite poorly displayed. However, when I need cheap jewelry, it is the first place I visit.

Très beau magasin, j'ai eu du bon service!! Les mannequins sont particulièrement très beau.
