Worst experience ever and I will never be returning to this pandora ever again. I received a ring for Christmas but unfortunately it wasn't my size. I had left on vacation for 3 weeks and for some reason I thought I had until January 16 to return/ exchange but it turns out that I actually had until the 25! But since I was away I was only able to go on the 26 and see if they would make an exception to simply change the size. The girl Annie literally laughed at my face and said I had over a month to return it. Which I totally understand but I wasn't here and was willing to show her my flight ticket. She continued to give me and my mom attitude and said she doesn't need to see my flight ticket. I understand I had a month but I would have gladly went if I was in town. Anyways it's the way she went about it. She could have just said it nicely and I would of understood. She was so rude and you can feel that she was enjoying every minute of it. I see other bad reviews mentioning her name so maybe Pandora should do something about it. I ended up going downtown and as soon as I told Sophia my situation she said she would make the exception since it was only one day. She was so nice about it.

Went to the Dix30 store today and had an amazing time. The staff was very nice and offered us a great service, they made us feel like special clients. My mom and I will defintly be back to this store for further purchases !

I went to this store with my sister because one of her charms broke. She didn't have her receipt but everything is in their computer system anyway and she didn't know if was over their 1 year warranty coverage. She asked the first salesperson about it and was told they couldn't retrieve the receipt because they just changed systems. (So ALL receipts prior to the change are gone?!) She went to the manager who I'm pretty sure if she smiled it would have physically pained her. She typed furiously on the keyboard like we asked her to do a research paper on neuroscience. They found the receipt and it was beyond the warranty period which she pointed out angrily. My sister just wanted to get another charm, so she did but it wasn't because of their not-so-stellar sales skills. I will avoid this particular store in the future.
