If I could give this store 0 stars I would.. Terrible customer service. Purchased a shirt with a tiny stain figuring it will come off in the wash in which it didn’t, upon returning it store manager refused to exchange it because I didn’t have the receipt although original price tag was intact. When i had made the purchase the sales girl had told me I could return it if the stain didn’t come off, even if I didn’t have the receipt, with my phone number they would be able to track my purchase and retrieve the bill.. WELL NOT THE CASE, I was given false Information, their mistake and still refused to exchange my shirt!!!!!! I did not want a refund only an exchange.. I will never return!!!!nI also asked for her name I was speaking to the manager and she replied ‘ NO, IM NOT ENTITLED TO GIVE YOU MY NAME’ .. rudely with a smirk on her face!!!!
Worst experience with the store manager who accused me of putting a sale sticker on an item who was wrongly charged few days before. Wouldn’t give me the option to return. Worst service, worst inventory, worst visual presentation of inventory everything always mixed, low staff and the little staff they have couldn’t care less to do their jobs properly.
The attitude of the staff was pretty awful. When I explained to them that I may have lost an item in the shop and could I leave a phone number so that they could contact me if they found it, the staff acted quite impatient and said that I should call them the next day, which I did the next day and was immediately hung up on!
This is my first shopping in Zara…. I’m not disappointed at all………
