Bench

Very poor customer service!!!!!! Every other store will do exchanges any day of the year! I was there today when a customer just wanted to change the size of the jacket they got him as a present and they refused to do it even though its written nowhere that they can't and on top of that they threatened to call security which they did and when the security guard came she just laughed and left!!!! Will never shop from here after being there and seeing this live!!!!! Unacceptable and i was ready to shop a jacket and just dropped it and left!!! If i could put negative star i would!!! Buyer be aware!!!!

Great staff, borderline pushy but very courteous and they give you a lot of information and advice without making you feel stupid. The material, however - at least for the hoodie that I bought - is substandard and my hoodie looked overused after the first wash. I would probably not invest so much money on outer wear of this quality.

Mon amie est allée pour retourner un chandail qu'elle l'à reçu en double et l'employé bench a refusé de faire le retour malgré qu'elle avait la facture et le chandail sans que ça soit utilisé et l'étiquette était d'origine à cause qu'il était en spéciale Très mauvaise expérience chez bench j'irai jamais labas avec ce genre de services
