Awesome, i spoke with 3 differents clerks there before buying a watch, they were all very nice. Bought a watch there and after 1 weeks it stopped working. The clerk remembered me and exchange the watch right away!!! Watches are great and the staff is good too!

Excellent service après-vente! Malheureusement, j’ai dû me présenter en boutique afin de faire réparer certains problèmes sur mes montres Fossil et celles de ma conjointe. À chacun des occasions, le personnel prend le temps d’écouter et de poser des questions pour s’assurer de bien comprendre le problème. Par la suite, j’ai toujours eu un servie impeccable pour changer les matériaux défectueux tel que le bracelet en cuir et autres.
