Great ice cream Pickup is confusing at this location. Picked up Moon mist and Cream soda float, which i ordered online. Got to the location, door was locked, and no instructions on what to do. The only thing disappointing about this was the look the office staff gave me when a worker let me in the building, and i was shooed out by an older lady in the office, who loudly proclaimed to the new hire, “YOU DON’T LET THEM IN THE BUILDING!” The parking was an issue also. But the ice cream is fantastic, and i went there for that, not the office staff. The new guy did bring it out to the car, so kudos to him!!! Will have to try the butter next time, hopefully it it not $6.31 per litre! The moon mist has a different taste in 2023, 2022 it was the best ice cream available, but this year it doesn’t taste the same…

I've never been inside but I did go there because they had an add for a up coming job opportunity so I went down there and the lady that was there would not take my resume at all and was very rude about it. I guess they didn't need the help after all good thing I would want to work with that kind of person.

Awesome sherbert! Ordered a 11 liter pail of rainbow sherbert. Yum. I didn't think I would ever empty it, but looks like I am going for seconds!

It was a nice ice cream store. The flavour and texture of their ice cream were quite new to me but was worth it! It was so delicious and the premium quality is apparent. The staff were also nice and were prompt in making my order. I had a great experience here and I hope others would try their ice cream as well!

Rainbow Sherbert ice cream was my favorite ice cream as a kid. I only know one candy shop in Edmonton now that sells it, until I found Foothills Creamery. Now I can buy a huge tub of it instead of multiple scoops at a local candy shop. Call to order, takes them about an hour to prep it, go there and call them when you arrive, prompt delivery out. Nice.

Some of the best ice cream out there, got it at Freson Brothers. All Canadian Moose is wicked but could use more Chocolate peanut butter cups to get 5 Stars

I order and pick up ice cream here all the time for my family. Rum and raisin being our main flavor.... However this last purchase wasn't the same the flavor has changed from what we are use to. What happen to the rum?

It's frustrating that getting a big tub of icecream should be so difficult. Amazing icecream but you don't really give anyone a good opportunity to pick up icecream when your office for ordering closes at 330 and you close your cash for 330. When it says you're open till 4. Makes it very difficult to get icecream. Very disappointing that it should be so complicated.

I have been looking for the taste and texture of Turkish hard ice cream . Their Ice Cream is Ice cream and good quality. I wish I could buy it from Costco or Superstore in smaller scale . Also staff very friendly and helpful Thanks ... Thank you
