Kind Ice Cream

I have been going here for a couple of years, and generally enjoy it. It is genuinely a cute little store, and when the lineups aren’t insane in the summertime always hipsters it’s fun to visit. I find that some of the rotating flavours aren’t great, and personally I prefer my ice cream smoother and more homogenous than what is offered here. All of the additions can make it feel grainy or chunky in the mouth. All in all, a nice spot, but I do prefer others.

Visited Kind ice cream for the first time today with my family. It was very delicious. They have many unique flavors and a few rotating flavors that change in time. We will absolutely be back!

My very first Kind ice cream experience - I’ve heard so much about it for past few years - I finally got an opportunity to try some today! I was so impressed with this cute little shop. The gal who served me was so helpful and KIND and recommended the strawberry and boy was she right! It’s the best one I’ve ever had! It’s hard finding a really good real strawberry ice cream. Prices are good - you pay for the high level of quality. I’m GF and couldn’t try their cones but the smell of homemade waffle cones was sooo yummy I will be back soon! Thank you.

Mid. Honestly it was my first time and I got the River Valley Road; bite after bite I’m searching for some type of taste. Literally no flavour; it was too icy. I’ll have to go back and try other flavours but for now it’s a 3/5.

Excellent icecream that is creamy with interesting and classic flavors my favourites are key lime pie and birthday cake! There waffle cones are some of my favourites. My only complaint is that they didn’t have good bike racks when we cycled to kind today so we needed to use Biera’s accross the street.

The waffle cones, which they're making in the store, are outstanding. The same goes for the ice cream: the flavors are great, and the ratio between the ice cream and the mix-ins is perfect. Highly recommended.

Super spot in a newly revived Ritchie area with some incredible shops. Kind is typically lined up around the block so one must assume it is good. And it is... First off, once you arrive inside this humble location, the customer service is extremely friendly and positive. The ice cream flavors are amazing and the waffle cone was fresh...often times ice cream shop waffle cones are stale and crumble to the touch..not here. I loved everything about this experience.

Quaint shop, great ice cream, many flavours to choose from + seasonal flavours! It doesn't say explicitly on their menu but they do half flavour single scoops! Their mint chip is probably my favourite.

Loved this place. Great ice cream and unique flavours. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Ample parking and spots to sit just outside. Overall just a great vibe.

I went for the first time this weekend and the inside was very inviting and the waffle cones were being prepared, which smelt amazing. The ice cream was really flavourful and rich.
