Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The top half of their chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards are always delicious. This time, like the many before it, I was given a half mixed blizzard. Not the worst thing, and it doesn't stop me from going back. The drive thru is a bit on the slower side, but they were accurate with my order. They are friendly kids that work there. The inside is kept pretty clean.

Staff was wonderful as always. I always expect the best from Dairy Queen and I always get it. They are consistent. Their product was wonderful. The availability of birthday cakes was absolutely perfect. And I am happy to say I will be back.

The ice cream was delicious The drive thru was busy but they got us through quite efficiently. The young man at the window was a bit sardonic but he did his job as expected.

I have been a patron of the New Prague, MN Dairy Queen on and off for over 5 years. I need to take the time to review the cost and product making quality, I am only giving 1 star rating because the review site will not let me give a zero rating. The staff at this DQ are poorly trained or lack training as exemplified in the poorly made blizzards. They are not stirred to the bottom, I have often returned to get them stirred completely - WHY can't the staff to make novelties to DQ standards? The straw that broke the camels back and has caused me to never return to this New Prague DQ is the amount they raised the price, the cost increase is about 35% and significantly higher then the going rate in the Twin Cities DQ's. Not only have they raised the cost but now charging for "pup cups" $2 bucks for 2 tables spoons of soft serve. I have been a patron of DQ for over 5 decades - that's right FIVE DECADES from Minnesota to Texas and never have I seen a cost increase and such poor quality at any store. I will never return to the New Prague, MN DQ Bob

Friendly staff and great service. Food is always good and hot. We are almost never missing food items or have incorrect items with our order.

Speedy service, great quality. The staff got our order perfect, even asking if we wanted ketchup and salt. You never seem to get that kind of service anymore in fast food but these guys and gals were great. Thanks!

I had 6 pc chicken strip dinner. normally it's good, maybe U have a new chicken distributor but it was bad bad...90% crust 10% chicken.. I eat 2 pcs... fries were all soggy ... scared to go back.... would have given 1 star but it is normally good..

Been going here for nearly 50 years..First Dairy Queen that I knew. I've always been a big eater and this selection of yummy foods and treats are the greatest, but now losing weight and eating their grilled chicken and side salad..The employees are awesome New Prague kids and friendly
