Delicious ice cream and had great customer services.
The ice cream is poorly refrigerated, waffle cones are chewy, snow cones are rock solid and the customer service is AWFUL, the lady was making a scene and saying I was stealing ice cream to bystanders after she threw out the full cones I brought back, and proceeded to close the window on another customer.
Best Ice cream in Edmonton no doubt in that! Excellent customer service! if you anyone loves ice cream, I would totally recommend you trying this company! Its amazing and you won't regret it!

Worst service, the owner leaves two 12 yr olds to run the store and they don't even know how to make half the orders, and very poor customer service, if that's how they run a business leaving tweens to run it who don't know anything
Omg love this ice cream just wish they were a little faster with delivery tast 5 star look 5 I will definitely order against but u could work on faster delivery.
