I'm a black woman and went there yesterday. I paid for my coat check. The white man who was taking care of the coat check, gave me a ticket but I lost by the end of the night. At the end of the night , I went baCk to get my coat ,and he refused to give it to me after I asked twice. Then , I decided to tell my friends,and my white guy friend helped me by talking to the white man. And obviously, he listenned to him. So my point is, it was my first time there and I was disappointed by the racism i lived.

One of the night clubs of choice for afro-carribeans or people looking for some spice of afro-carribean music. However, this place can really be overcrowded on a typical Friday night, and manned by rude members of staff. Secondly, its entrance fee is about the most exorbitant in town... 25 dollars to dance to afro-carribean music? For what?

Im being very nice giving them 1 star they don't deserve N O N E of this kindness. That place is pure G A R B A G E, everyone is disrespectful. My friends and i paid 270$ for a booth and they placed us on a couch they also handed us the wrong bottle this attic of a bar needs to get their W H O L E life together.

I've been disappointed so many times by then for different reason but yesterday was the top of the line , we paid 270$ for a booth , they let us in knowing we reserved for 9 people and the alleged "booth" section couldn't hold 9 people , the whole row of Booths was so full that even the waitress that said am I'm quoting "this is what you paid for, it's not meant for people to be sitting " she wasn't even able to do her job properly and pass safely with the Bottles trough the booth sections. Not only that upon arriving we had to find our own booth begin confused as hell because they had to remove people out of our booth .. then when we finally got to he right booth We were all squished together between all booths and the service was so we got out bottle literally around 1:20 am and she gave us the wrong drink we ordered Ciroq and got a bottle of jack Daniels ??? Like I did not pay 270$ for jack Daniel bottle /slow service / no place to move .. there was a group that also had a booth next to us and they were also a big group and they were stuffed into a corner and I could literally see the look of disappointment on there faces too that night.. like there alleged booth section was open to the danm public there was a bunch of girls that kept getting in and out of the section mean while we paid for service and the booth .. the waitress was very unprofessional I find and rude as she kept asking us if we we wanted to stay when we spoke of the luck of space and security she went to talk to other people and we knew she was basically telling them that we didn't want to be there because they kept looking In our direction after she left.. bottom line don't sell a product or service knowing its BS and not what the customers wants he could of at least told us that the booth doesn't have the capacity to hold all of us ..the booth section was full from all the section mixed together , The service(waitress) was slow and unprofessional (rude) ., they should really rethink their game plan and stop lying about the capacity of them booth ., I've officially been fed up with their BS and taking them off my list

Absolute trash. The customer service here is awful, and know nothing about making customers happy. If I could give 0 stars I totally would.
