It's was really sad we reserved a booth and we literally got there at 12:22 and they said they gave our booth away.. so that ruined our night (strike #1) - they promised us that we'd still be able to get a bottle since it was a friends birthday we stayed there for 1:30 and the guy that promised us our bottle kept asking if we got it but did nothing .. (strike #2) -Why ask to reserve a booth if you're just going to give it away and not notify the customer? -Why did they falsely gave us hope that we'd be served and did nothing about it ? After that we just decided to leave that place seriously they need more communication between them cuz he kept asking the bartenders to give us our bottle and for that 1hour and a half we waited with NO SERVICE WHILE WE WERE RIGHT INFRONT OF ALL THE BARTENDERS! No wonder it's rated 3.3 stars

Shisha is small, taste different and expensive. Just google other shisha places if you want to just smoke some shisha. I would probably give it 3 out of 5 for the shisha alone. Reason for being 1 is that I forgot an item there, have called, contacted them through FB etc. No replies. I can understand if they can't find it but to ignore a customer? Needless to say, I won't be back.

It seems like a good place to go to have some shisha. The DJs were good. Cover is way too expensive for what is offered.

Long line ups for an empty place. They make you wait in line for so long and the place is empty. Poor service and it's expensive to get in. They only accept cash. They let females skip the line, I find that unprofessional and unethical. The washrooms are poorly maintained. The management needs to clean up their act. They make the line ups so long so people will think it's busy inside.

SO INSULTED BY THIS HENRY DUDE. POSTED THIS MARCH 11TH------>Been lookin for a club like this since the living room shut down. Great staff, service and ppl loved it so much definitely coming back. SEPTEMBER 17TH 2016 Waited in line to be turned away from this big tall Henry dude who just walked out looked at us and said you smell like booze??? Unprofessionally if I may say, no eye contact nor did he had a good reason. How can they smell my breath from 10 feet away and off two glasses of wine? I had more drinks the last time i was there and No problem then on there empty thursday night!!!!!? Rude for picking and choosing the ladies for your club and or event. This is what's gonna run you our of business people!!! You have gladly just lost many many people from my professional club owners. The word had gone out. Unprofessiona you are. I read that this seems to happen very often in your club again it's only a matter of time till you are out of business. Pls don't bother justifING yourself nothing changes that evening.
