I seen a lot of bad reviews online, but I heard great things from previous customers that are friends of mine. Despite the bad reviews I brought my Duramax into the shop. I had a lot of custom work done to the truck, I was terrified to leave it with any shop. Unfortunately someone hit the passenger side of my truck and I had to pick a shop that wouldn't take forever yet did quality work. Hard to find.. So again despite what I read online and based on what I heard from word of mouth. I brought it in, they made it very simple and explained everything. They stated the time needed would be about 11 days, it ended up taking about 17. But I could care less due to the fact it was flawless work. Now I'm a mechanic and I can spot flaws. I was so happy with the work they had done to my vehicle. They went so above and beyond what I had expected. I'm writing this review only because of how impressed I am with the work they did. They even did my wheel wells and rock gaurd. Looks almost better than when I bought it. Thank you so much Fix Auto Central! I couldn't be happier with the work you've done and the customer satisfaction along the way! I thought I was going to come back to a ton of imperfections but it looks like a gem and I've had no issues. Thanks again.

Scam artists. Went in for a small body repair - left with several major issues. They must have pinched or broke wires out of the door panel while removing it and were ether entirely incompetent or completely denied what they did. They cause major electrical damage in the door and deny it to this day. 
Wait. It gets worse. 
They brutalized the door panel screws and lost the covers. The body work the car went in for was misaligned and incomplete. 
ICBC gave the shop $6 to destroy my car and they still deny it and refuse to be accountable.

wouldnt repair the clearcoat peeling from poor quality repair from themeven though they are icbc accreditied.  ICBC sent vehicle to another bodyshop and had them fix it. Over spary on vehicle as well as sub par parts being used and short period later had to be replaced.

Lyla at the front desk was aweseom, very helpful thru the full process. My car just had a hit and run and they worked with IQ autographics to get it looking new again. They even said they would detail it after they fixed it which really excited me. I was able to get in for an appointment in 10 days from the estimate day which seemed reasonable. My only negative experience was they said the car would be ready Monday or Tuesday at the very latest. I didn't get a call Monday so I rang them Tuesday they said it would be ready that night. They called me before close to tell me they had the car done they just couldn't give it back to me because they still had to clean it. When I came in on Tuesday morning to pick it up the exterior had been washed but the inside was not detailed at all. I probably had 3 seperate conversations with them while they had my car about it being detailed and when i picked it up late (because they still had to clean it) i was really expecting a clean car. So like I said, I was happy with the front desk, happy with the workmanship of the repair, it was just the apparent miscommunication regarding cleaning my car that didn't leave me fully satisfied.

I dont expect your technicians to love my car as much as I do. But I do expect them to treat it as though it was a rare diamond while in thier care. Thanks for ramming my car from reverse to drive so often that the transmission is now making noise whilst shifting from D to R. Something its never done because I always wait for thr car to stop motion before I shift the gears.
