Budget Brake & Muffler Auto Centres

I brought in an older Sienna with spotty service history for a timing belt replacement. I fully expected it was time for the maintenance. Devon and Bryan determined that I didn't need the new belt. They could have just gone ahead and performed the replacement, but instead went above and beyond to figure out whether the service was really necessary. What could have been a near-enough $1000 bill, ended up costing me only $60. Excellent, honest customer service, guys. Thanks.

Drove the into Budget Brake this past Thursday late with right front tire smoking. Brakes had recently been done elsewhere out of town. Owner quick to come out and help diagnosed calipers were recently put on incorrectly twisting the hose. Twenty minutes we were back on the road to Prince George. Fantastic response and help from the folks at Vernon Brake and Muffler if your looking to get brake work done this is the shop in Vernon

Would absolutely recommend Vernon Budget Brake and Muffler. I brought my car here in the morning because the exhaust was suddenly louder at certain RPMs. They called me mid morning to let me know my exhaust manifold was loose and rubbing, and that they had fixed it free of charge. When does that ever happen? The guys were helpful, quick and courteous throughout the process. I will definitely be bringing my car back here next time I have issues. Thanks again guys!
