Me and my son were in the area so I finally decided to try out five guys. This place has serious hype and everyone I know said this place is great. However my experience was more on the sad side. First of all the place was rather messy,. But that is not important if the food is good. The price for the burgers and fries are outrageously expensive,. But if the taste is good that shouldn't matter. The unlimited fountain drink is a good idea but is poorly maintained. The cherry coke was flat, coke zero was empty, coke was also flat. Only the fruitopia was drinkable. After a short wait we finally got our food. My son had lettuce in his burger,. But it was brown. Can't even get fresh veggies with such an expensive burger. I had a bacon cheese burger with grilled mushrooms and steak sauce. Can't taste any sauce, the meat was good quality but no taste, other than bacon this burger has no other taste. The fries being one of their main selling points was another huge disappointment. They are very burnt and taste like grease. My son who really loves fries didn't even want to eat it. With all the hype and publicity I had high hopes for this place. I do not know if it's only this location but I don't think I will come back again. Kid-friendliness: There was a birthday party when we was there. I guess the kids like this place.
When it comes to quality burgers, 5 Guys are THE BEST! Ordered the Little Cheeseburger with Little Fries and a regular Coke. When you order, they have a topping category called "All the Way" which includes what most people want on a burger plus you can add more toppings from a list at no extra charge. The burger is hot, juicy and delicious and they are generous with the toppings. Fries are fresh cut and fried to perfection. They store the actual potatoes in plain sight! They give you an order of fries, then top up even more fries in the bag! If you're a ketchup lover like me, it's self serve in large cups. Bring some extra cash - 2 burgers, 1 fry to share, 1 drink to share is around $26 fyi. I was so hungry I forgot to take a photo of the burger ... Kid-friendliness: Children welcome - food portions are large. Parking: Plenty of free parking at storefront and also curbside on the street.
Best burger place. Period. Well priced custom made to order burger. My favorite is the Bacon Burger with grilled mushroom and grilled onions. I tend to ask for extra BBQ sauce otherwise it could be a little dry.
A bunch of incompetent staff running this world renowned establishment to the ground! If I’m paying almost $30 for two burgers and some fries I expect a level of quality. I’ve never thrown away a burger from McDonald’s but sadly today I had to throw away a half finished burger from 5 guys. No point showcasing all your culinary awards and articles if you can’t maintain the same quality and flavours we except from your franchise. The burger was flavourless and the fries were soggy and uneatable. Sadly the best thing I ate was the peanuts which were free. I hope the owner reads this and really considers retraining your staff or hiring individuals who care about providing good food.
This location used to be really good. Prices increased which is reasonable, but with that you would expect quality. My burger was burnt to crisp on one side and was crunchy, the staff forgot about the patty and let it sit on one side for way too long. Would not come back to this Five Guys.
Nothing special about the burgers taste but Acceptable،free drink refill was a good idea, they used to give you peanut to snack while you're waiting for your food but now you have to know about this option and ask them !! Which I didn't like to do ,overall won't be my future choice . Parking: In a plaza with lots of lots to park
The fact that fries here are made with peanut oil makes it special.. !! Fries are Made to Order too!! I personally like the ones with Cajun seasoning:
Always a good experience here. Burgers are very clean no unjust additatives and well cooked without being dry. For lower carb dieters, they do a great job with lettuce wrapped burgers. I would highly recommend for any quick meal.
First time @ five guys and loved it.. Fries was crispy and delicious so was the burgers! Definitely coming back to this location.. Only complaint I have is they was a bit cheap with the ketchup but still 5 stars for food quality
Made a large order online and was ready at reasonable time given the amount. Pricing was a little high but worth it in my opinion. They don't have combos so you must buy every item separately so that's where the price gets high. The burgers tasted great and I love the topping options. The fried were also nice, cripsy to perfection and they also dump in a handful more fries outside of the container. I recommend getting the Cajun fries, nice seasoning to go along with the fries.
