Fitness World

My trainer is Bruce and he has helped make my life better. I have many health issues that make going to the gym difficult but he has been willing to work with me and adjust to my needs and as a result my pain levels are manageable for the first time in years and I can actually get through a work out with out passing out. The staff at the front are so sweet and kind and always make me laugh, great place to work out.

I never attended the actual gym, but they did a puppy yoga class with Morgan Lovinmotion as the instructor and it was amazing! The puppies were so cute and Morgan did an amazing job leading the yoga class and incorporating any “surprises” that may arise with the puppies. My main motivation to get the membership there would be these classes and I hope to see more puppies and more of Morgan there!

I came today for the Pedal power class but there was nobody, it seems like the class was canceled but nobody warned me. Firstly it’s disrespectful , secondly I have 3 months old baby and it's hard to find free time for gym and you wasted my time today. It was my first time in Fitness world, not very good experience, will cancel my membership

Macy is the BEST employee at FW. Over the course of having a gym membership here, she's been so kind and welcoming LOVE HER

Semiahmoo Fitness World is now open. I had a wonderful greeting today and a nice welcome back. I saw some familiar, friendly faces and this new company continues seamlessly. We really like this gym, like the staff and like the others working out there. I believe this will work for us. Thank you to this new business for deciding to continue on at this location.
