I have been going to Fitness 19 for over a year now and at first I was very intimidated but the staff helped make me feel comfortable.  The facility is kept very clean and the employees greet you by your name, which I find impressive with so many members.  I have found Justin to be the most helpful and willing to answer any "silly" questions I may have.  My only suggestion would be that the staff ask patrons if they need help learning how to use the equipment properly, especially with new members.

Everyone at this gym (employees and training staff) are very nice and accommodating. Case in point, I tend to forget my pass on my keychain (I have 2 cars and it's only on one keychain) but I go so often and have been going for 5 years that they know me and are happy to sign me in, should I forget my pass.  They always greet me at the door and I see them doing this with everybody, which is how it should be. It's a small gym and sometimes gets crowded but I can work around the crowded hours. Music is decent and there are plenty of machines and weights. 
Great prices too.

Cheap membership pricing but high quality equipment as well as a great staff equals awesome value.

Great gym with good selection of machines and weights. Never too busy even during the after work rush. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and keep the gym very clean. Would highly recommend.

Best gym in Rochester! Always feel welcome walking in the doors. Awesome friendly staff that keeps up with cleaning and machine maintenance. I would recommend this gym to anyone! Thanks 19 for everything! Keep up the great work guys!
