TITLE Boxing Club Shelby Township

Awesome workout environment. Trainers are very personable and energetic, push you to stretch beyond your comfort zone but remind you that it is your workout. Once you try it, you will keep coming back. Going on 9 months at Title and definitely addicted. Best workout ever! Results over 9 months have been awesome- down 7% body fat and gained 5 lbs of muscle. In the best shape of my life. Scott and the team are phenomenal.

I LOVE TBC SHELBY! It is a clean, top notch facility! I've never had so much fun working out before! This is the very best gym/club I've ever belonged to! The staff and trainers pride themselves in remembering your name and making you feel so welcome each time you enter the club! Every trainer is so motivating and they are always giving you the best workout possible. There is nothing like it!

My whole family loves Title! We've been members since it opened and enjoy every workout. We have an 11 year old son that takes class 1-2 times a week. It's perfect for him as it incorporated age appropriate movement excluding heavy weights - all body weight and the bag! The instructors are motivating and the owners are welcoming. A great experience every time you walk through the doors.

I was initially hesitant to try boxing as a workout because I had never experienced a sport like this. However, after just one class, I realized how amazing these workouts would be. All of the trainers are extremely motivating and helpful. The classes push you to get the best workout. I love it and would recommend to everyone!!

TBC Shelby is the best gym I've ever belonged to! The workouts are amazing and I always leave feeling great, but it's really even more than that. Everyone treats each other like family. The trainers know everyone by name and take the time to greet everyone and catch up with them before/after class. They also take the time to help in whatever ways they can including spending time talking to you about nutrition or whatever else so you can meet your goals. I truly cannot say enough about this amazing place! I'm so glad I found it!!
