Great new sushi spot in Burlington! My husband & I saw that they opened and had to try it. It did not disappoint. They have cool flavour combinations and everything was so fresh & tasty. The vegetable pizza was especially delicious! Prices are reasonable too. Love that they offer 10% off when you pickup and pay cash. Highly recommend!
Had sushi from here twice since it opened up. I am sooooo happy I finally have an exceptional sushi spot right down the street from me. I think it's fair to say that this just might be Burlington's best sushi! Wishing the restaurant the very best!
Great new sushi place in North Burlington. The food was fresh and delicious. It's takeout only but they do have a few small tables inside if you wanted to eat there. Will definitely be going back, highly recommend!
Visited on a whim… and wow am I ever happy. It’s an unassuming spot that deserves more attention. The salmon here is what I call “Wagyu” salmon lol. Just look at the marbling on those glorious pieces of salmon. It melts in your mouth. With that being said, get salmon from here. Had Salmon Sashimi, succulent. Seaweed Salad is a large portion and can easily be shared. Also got the Red Dragon Roll and and Crispy Salmon Roll had another roll but can’t remember the name - see pics. All was fresh and a great portion. Even the Miso Soup had many pieces of tofu unlike other spots. It’s a small place, mainly takeout. Small seating section by the window, maybe a couple tables. I always recommend this place since my first visit. Suggestion - zoom into the salmon pics and you can already tell it’s going to be good
First time @ Fishing Sushi. Easy to order online, ready for pickup on time. Good price-quality. Super fresh fish and ingredients. Definitely have to try it if in the area. That have these trays to share which in my opinion are great in price and quantity. Will definitely go back and order again!
Best Sushi I have ever tried. Fresh, delicious, and fast service. This is my favourite sushi and sashimi in Canada.
Really impressed with the food here. Ordered a small Maki party tray for pickup, was told on the phone it'll be about 25 mins but it was ready much quicker. Just for 'my own' personal preferences, what I look for in good sushi and Maki rolls is the sushi rice made a certain way. Having travelled to Japan numerous times over the last 20 years its always nice to see rice which reminds me of the sushi I've eaten in Japan. I love it when the sushi rice is at room temperature, not too sweet and stays together when you handle it with chopsticks or by hand but separates when you bite into it isn't mushy and too dense if that makes sense. The rolls were tight enough inside where nothing fell apart for me when picking it up with chopsticks, and I was actually surprised at how much fish was in the rolls. Personally, I like a smaller amount of rice to ingredient ratio and this was perfect. I definitely have my favorite places in Toronto that I always go back to but it's great to have found this spot close to my home here in Halton. Will 100% be ordering here again.
Loved it! I haven't seen a place do just a plain butterfish roll in awhile so I was very excited to see that! The rice was perfectly balanced as it should be and perfect texture! The fish tastes great and the value is pretty good as well! Same day we ordered more and my partner had the california roll and he said it was a great one as well! Excited to try more of the menu!!
Best sushi I’ve had in town. I ordered the pickup from Uber eat, and impressed by the presentation as well as the flavours!
Really disappointed. You know when they say “the meat was so good it was falling apart”? Well sushi shouldn’t be falling apart. 3 rolls were crammed in 1 and the sushi was falling apartsee pic. It also lacked flavour and freshness. Really wanted to give them a shot as they’re a new business in the area. Sadly I won’t be back again. There are other better options for sushi in Burlington.
