The cold winds of Burlington may be blowing, but the warm smiles and delicious food at Pokeworks warmed us right up! Wyatt was fantastic, and very accommodating to our requests for our poke bowl! Lots of varied options, and pretty reasonable pricing for food on Church Street. Quick service, and everything tasted great!
Staff was all extremely friendly when I came in and promptly assisted me with my online order. I have been ordering at Pokeworks consistently once a week or so and the service and food quality I received tonight from Omari was exceptional! Great portions and better accuracy than previous online orders.
The service and food here was incredible! The ingredients were so fresh and the bowl was amazing! You have the option of ordering a bowl on the menu or creating your own bowl. The portion size is appropriate with the price. Both the workers making my bowl and serving us at the cash register were so friendly and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend coming here if you are in Burlington and looking for fresh quality Poke bowls!
Nice place. Ingredients seem fresh. The burrito is a good size but is a bit pricey. The rice was a bit too mushy. But flavor still there.
I had the sesame chicken entree with brown rice and kale noodles. It was so good! I will definitely return for the same exact order.
Food is good, but I’ve never been to a place that’s constantly messed up orders as much as this Pokeworks. Nothing more aggravating than having an order created wrongly and then seeing that the receipt had the order exactly as you described. Don’t know if it’s the high turnover or employees partaking in herb on break, but it’s usually better to take your business elsewhere and get food from a place where employees can actually read.
First time there!! Oh my how nice and helpful the staff was!! The young man explained everything to me and gave great suggestions. My bowl was delicious, enjoyed every bite. It is a little pricey but it was worth it.Recommended dishesPoke Bowl
I enjoyed eating here previously but staff made a big mistake with my order and treated me rudely. I asked for Sriracha and the staff put Sriracha Mayonnaise on my order which I can't eat due to dietary reasons. Both employees then argued with me, and tried to blame me before realizing there was a difference. It sounds like poor training and that the employee did not know the difference between Sriracha, and their Sriracha Mayo. Employees only offered to remake after I had already made the decision to leave after they had argued with me and blamed me for their mistake.
They maid my oder spicy and smothered it in sauce even tho I ordered light sesame when I called they said they would refund my order because I couldn't eat it, they still haven't done. I have called twice both times they said it would be done and that a manager would call me. And that never happened. Horrible customer service for the price!! And i work in the business
The woman behind the counter was attentive, positive, communicative, and accommodating to staff and customers, all while being inundated by online orders, walk-in orders, and runners picking up/delivering online orders. Appreciated how hard she was trying and succeeding.Food: 5/5
