Barrett's Fireside Grille

Let me start off by saying that I've had many good experiences here, that is, until tonight. I wanted to show my girlfriend a nice Valentine's Day dinner at a place she'd never been and that I initially highly recommended. However, the night was a bust there. We went in at 6:20 and put our name in and were quoted a 45 minute wait time which we thought was reasonable, only 1 party without a reservation was in front of us. Well time went by.... a lot of time, and we noticed that neither us nor the other party of 2 that was in front of us in the waiting list at the hostess station were going anywhere anytime soon. I understand reservations are a priority, but maybe sit 3 or 4 reservations to 1 walk in party. This didn't happen however. Reservations were immediately sat and the walk in list was completely disregarded. The funny thing is that once a table cleared and there was nobody waiting with a reservation, the table was left dirty and not cleared, never sitting a walk in party there, however if a reservation walked in, they would immediately rush over to clean the table and seat them right away. We dealt with this poor excuse of a seating system for not 45 minutes, but for an hour and 25 minutes before we were both extremely hungry, disappointed, and in agreement to never set foot in this restaurant or any other that Barrett's owns. I cannot wait to spread this horror story along to my friends, family, and coworkers. What a horrendous experience.

Love the place. The food is constantly good along with the drinks. The waitress was nice but disappeared way too long and it wasn't that busy. Probably playing on her phone as we saw others doing the same in the back room. I personally would make anyone working for me put them away while on the clock.

I was not impressed with Fireside. I was with a small group of four people, including myself. We got there a little before noon and there was hardly anyone else in the building. It took an hour for them to prepare all our meals. They were out of the vegetable for that day and instead of coming to the table and asking what we'd like in place of it, they just picked a different side and served us that. Now if the food was great then I would give them points for that but there wasn't anything extraordinary about the food. The server wasn't impressive either. She wasn't rude but she wasn't exactly friendly either. Once we were finished with our meals and ready for our tickets, it took her 15 minutes before we were able to pay. None of us are not planning on going back. I would not reccomend dining here either. There are better restaurants to choose from than here.

Went on Friday night around 7 and it was packed but we were able to grab a couple seats at bar. The staff were outstanding! Someone was always checking on us. Food was fantastic too. Ordered a cheeseburger pizza with fried pickles.....yep delish! Definitely recommend this place.

Food and drinks here are always great. A very good selection of beverages, and an acoustic band while you sip your cocktail. Very crowded, only 1 bartender. Overall a fun time
