Let me start off by saying I love Taco John's! They made a mistake with my order and exacerbated the mistake by making me wait for the correction an excessively long period of time and gave me lukewarm/cold food which I believe was done on purpose. Unfortunately I will no longer be able to reward their poor customer service by giving them my patronage.

They are so kind to their customers, Jamal is so funny. Hes a great worker, he always has me laughing when I come here to eat. Never had a bad thing to say about their good or customer service!!!

Horrific to say the best, watched food prep person grab old trays walk back to food service station and put back into use. She saw me watching so she picked them up walked in back, tapped her foot a few times and came back with the same dirty trays, with lettuce still hanging off of them. Then with the same dirty gloves she grabs my raw food and starts making my dinner. No thanks, asked for the manager for my money back. Only reason they got a star was so I could write this review. I will NEVER return to this store. I tried to inform the manager but he just shrugged me off. And we wonder how we get sick, this is exactly how it happens. This person, or store needs food handling training 101, 102, 103, 104. Disgusting...
