I placed an online order for delivery and, despite having a saved address that has been successfully delivered to many times, my order somehow ended up at a different location. Once I finally tracked down my order, about 30ish minutes after it was supposed to be delivered, I brought it back to Panera and asked to talk to a manager.

Tracy was amazing. She was patient and understanding about my frustration. She immediately offered a full refund and to have the kitchen remake my food immediately, both of which I gladly accepted. Tracy also offered me my choice of free pastry item (so many options!) and surprised me with a cookie as well. I definitely plan on ordering online again, and returning to this location because of Tracy.

I gave the full five stars even after all this because this has never happened to me before and because Tracy handled this so well, going above and beyond to make this up to me.

If you want healthy soups and sandwiches for lunch or dinner and good bagels for breakfast then look no further. We have tried Panera many times in different locations and they never fail. Food comes out good, ambience of the place is nice and all they serve taste delicious. Chicken wild rice soup with a sandwich is my favorite. Try it and you will like it.

I have gone here a few times. Service is ok and food is good. It does have a great patio to eat on in the summer.

Seriously the best Panera location in the Twin Cities! I have eaten at the Plymouth location 5+ times, and it is better than any other I've been to . The food has been fantastic every single time, generous portions, servers are friendly, it's never too loud even when it's busy, and there is plenty of seating. When you ask for extra ingredients, they give you extra ingredients. They're not skimpy. This has become my go-to Panera!
