A very busy subway station..upstair is a bus terminal easy to get connection to Markham n Scarborough...also a go bus station nearby...

Finch Subway still needs renovations to the concourse and bus bays and get rid of the homeless people .

Clean, well organized, helpful TTC staff always smiling with a kind attitude.

The situation has become sketchy due to the homeless problem at any time of the day, and you can sometimes smell urine on the platform. It doesn't feel safe around that area anymore.

Great when it works. Unfortunately, there were frequent service interruptions recently. Shuttle buses are available during the interruptions, but there is lack of information and assistance from station personnel about the shuttles.
