Finch

If you’re traveling through the north end of Toronto, Finch Station is honestly such a massive, high-energy hub to kick off your trip. Serving as the final stop on the Yonge subway line right at Finch Avenue, it’s always buzzing with commuters, students, and travelers heading absolutely everywhere.nnIt perfectly captures that fast-paced, urban Toronto flow. It's an easy, incredibly convenient spot where you can grab a quick snack from the underground stalls, hop right onto a train, and head straight downtown.

Finch Station is very convenient and easy to access, especially if you use Line 1 often. It’s usually well connected with buses and the subway, so it works well for commuting. However, the station could definitely use some updates. Certain areas feel a bit outdated, and cleanliness could be improved, especially during busy hours.nOverall it does the job and is reliable, but with some renovations and better maintenance it would feel much nicer.

Good subway system.nCheap.nNot that clean.nGets crowded at around 6/8.nLots of homeless people.nI mean what can you expect from a subway station other than it to take you to places.nBut on the other side this place has booths inside the station so if you are hungry you could eat something.

The old classic Finch station. Always busy, feels like it got a little upgrade over 20 years. The station is very functional, has mini Tim Hortons inside, a Convenience store and the Flower store that is a great addition to the station. All the stores have been there for over 15 years at least and its always nice to see it everytime I come back to this station.nBusses are getting fancy and very functional for the customer.

Decent area outside the station but don't be surprised when you go underground and need to use the restroom; be prepared for homeless people taking showers in there or doing hard drugs. There are even receptacles for used needles and syringes in the restroom
