A budget motel that is basic but clean and quiet.  Free wifi, ferry parking for Nantucket is available if you are not a guest.  Right on Main Street Hyannis.  A 5 minute walk from the transportation center.

I'm from the Midwest and I found this motel sort of odd to me, but maybe that's how things are out here.  There were a list of rules on the table for us to follow, mostly about how we should keep the room clean ourselves.   In front of that there is a tip jar for the maid.. which I found odd since I'm the one doing the cleaning.  

The WiFi is pretty bad, I wouldn't suggest depending on it.

Clean, local and a totally professional staff.  Rates are really reasonable and affordable for down town Hyannis.

Im a regular there its never a problem geting a room even if it's an hour before i need room staff very acomidating.close to everything i never go else where
