Great experience. I am an optometrist myself by trade and take my family here for annual eye exams. Knowledgeable staff and optometrists. They take the time to listen to concerns and we never feel rushed. They got my little one in a great pair of glasses that are sturdy and stylish. Would highly recommend Dr. Farrah and her team!
As someone who doesn't often look forward to eye clinic visits, I could definitely say Eyedeology is among one of the more modern and welcoming clinics located in Calgary! And not to mention they have the kindest staff members and most knowledgeable optometrists. My visit here was definitely one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a clinic. I felt very well taken care of and left more knowledgeable than ever about my current eye health.
Just fantastic. Optometrist was really thorough and cautious, explained everything I asked about, and sent me for preventative screening. Likewise, when I ended up purchasing lenses, the sales team managed to get me the best possible deal and made it possible for me to afford the glasses I needed. I had a small problem with the frames a few months in, and they got me in the day after I called and had a replacement pair ordered in less than five minutes. Their prices are about average, which was unexpected given their downtown boutique location, and everyone has been friendly and efficient. I cannot say enough good about the experience. :
Great experience with the eyedeology team today. I went in for an eye consultation seeking a second opinion about my eye issues, and as a visitor, I was treated like any local Canadian from start to finish. The optometrist attentively guided me through a step by step comprehensive process of tests to get a better picture of my eye health than I had before I met with Dr. Jessica. Dr Jessica was awesome. She talked me through the overall results of my eye health and the effective remediation and prescription needed. I was more knowledgeable than before about my current eye health.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Farrah at Eyedeology; we had an exceptional experience with her and the amazing staff today. She made room for a last minute appt for my daughter and created such a fun, friendly environment for my six year old to get properly assessed and fitted for her first glasses. All the staff were so above and beyond great with children had my 3 year old there as well. They didn’t try to push purchases and were completely honest with glasses they didn’t feel complimented my daughter’s face etc. Honestly, just start to finish such amazing professionalism and service. I left feeling informed and confident about my daughter’s eye health and future. Thank you Dr. Farrah & team.
I spent time at Eyedeology to learn more about optometry and how optometrists and doctors work together for the health of their patients! Dr. Farrah and the rest of the team were so welcoming and I learned so much. Everyone was really friendly and easygoing and I really liked how each patient visit was personalized to meet the needs of people based on their lifestyle. Thank you Dr. Farrah and the team for a phenomenal experience. I look forward to working with such a wonderful optometry team in the near future as a doctor to optimize patient care.
My whole experience with Eyedeology was great, from the reception to the my eye exam, all the personnel was very helpful. Highlight to Dr. Jessica for her thoughtfulness and carefulness during my exams and appointment. She's a knowledgeable professional able to explain complex concepts to people that aren't doctors. Highly recommend it.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Farrah Sunderju. Firstly, she is just a lovely person and so easy to talk to, she answers any questions you may have with detailed clarity - she takes the time to explain what is going on with your eyes – something I really appreciate. She is genuinely interested in your wellbeing, she is knowledgeable and very much up to date with new treatments. Dr. Farrah has been so helpful in treating my dry eyes. She has also acted as my advocate by contacting my ophthalmologist to have my cataract surgery done sooner rather than later. I am so lucky to have found such caring doctor.
I had a very pleasant experience at Eyedeology. Dr. Farrah was very patient and thorough during my eye exam. She also made sure I was comfortable with my lens prescription before I left. I did not feel rushed and I had plenty of time to ask all my eye health related questions. I will definitely be a returning patient.
Had a really good experience at eyedeology! The staff is so helpful and polite; Dr Farrah and Dr Jessica are very patient and nice. It’s really exciting to buy glasses. They have glasses suitable for everyone’s needs.
