Just got back from a very quick visit with Martin at PlusMa. I dropped in to get a tricky nose pad replaced on a pair of German glasses, and Martin had it fixed in a few minutes. Very much appreciated the professionalism and quick turnaround time.
Martin is very professional. He gave good advices on glasses and eye exam. And explained to me a lot of knowledge about glasses that I never knew before.
Live south of the city but I travel downtown and pass dozens of other optometrists on the way because this is definitely the best customer service you will get 10 out of 10
Great selection of trendy and classic styles. Martin has a great attention to detail.
Just came out of another great experience with the PlusMa folks. I had two pairs of glasses for a little less than two years and they had some slight scratches. They were covered under the Crizal warranty and the lenses were replaced for free while I waited. Great service and great products!
