I was there a few weeks back for my kid's appointments. The service here is wonderful. The lady Dr and the girl who helped my kids with glasses were amiable and looked out for their best interest. They are not pushy with their prices, nor do they over-encourage you to buy extra/more expensive things, unlike some other places. The deals and discounts on their packages are also a nice bonus. I would definitely keep coming back here and would recommend this place to others too.
I had an absolutely exceptional experience as a first time patient to Crescent Heights Optometry today. Both Dr Barua and the office manager Rena were extremely professional, kind, and patient from start to finish,and I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the care I received. Highly recommend to anyone looking for gold standard service that is so hard to find these days.
Doctor is good but the front office ppl are the least friendly I have ever seen. Even last year so it seems like an office policy than individual issue. As a person with disability, I sometimes have to cancel same day for reasons beyond my control. This last time, I just wanted to know if I can come with vertigo for the exam but instead was told If I cancel I’ll pay an extra fee so I should come first talk to the doctor in person and refused to check with the doctor first and get back to me instead of letting me come all the way when they are not feeling well to find out the appointment will have to be rescheduled. One can be me more understanding and kind with response not tell you you are wasting doctor time as if I’m choosing to. I was ok to coming back another day and pay the extra fee but I thought any optometrist will give me the same exam but how you treat and respond to patients in situations like this is what I’m looking for. My disability will not go away and I don’t have to tolerate anyone who makes me feel bad about it.
I had a fantastic experience with my eye exam with Dr Steven exceptionally done, it was very through im so impressed I will highly recommend this optometrist to anyone and everyone. Very professional optometrist and office staff.. Thank you so much and looking so forward to my new glasses so I will be able to see properly again. Thank you Dr Steven and office staff! You’re the best. Picked up my glasses this afternoon, they're perfect I cannot believe I can see again! I’m so grateful. Thank you once more this made my New Year! I’m so excited I can see perfectly.
To consistently wait 45 min to over an hour for your appointment is insane and completely unprofessional. They don’t care at all about your time. Optometrist is good but he needs to iron out the way he runs this place. Not at all an acceptable way to run a business.
Outstanding service and care from Dr. Steve. He is kind, courteous and very professional. The office has the latest technology that allows small problems to be detected before they become major issues.
I highly recommend Crescent Heights Optometry. I am new to this clinic but I recently had a wonderful experience here getting my new glasses. Amanda was very helpful when picking out my frames. Amanda also adjusted my glasses after I had worn them for a week and they feel much better now. Amber was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and the many times I had to contact her as well. Dr. Alfaiate was very thorough in giving me eye exams. I am type 1 diabetic and he did multiple vision tests on different days to make sure I had the best prescription possible. This is the first time I have ever had an optometrist do this! Despite having diabetes for over 10 years. I am very impressed and I felt very well taken care of. And I love my new glasses. I really appreciate the care and diligence of all the staff here. Thank you!
The optometrist was very good, thorough and well equipped with the latest equipment. The staff was hit or miss though, with one of the clerks/medical assistants who was very good, and the other who was quite rude and unhelpful. They also ignored an email request I made to replace a lens. Pretty limited selection of eyewear options, particularly for men. No replacement warranty option.
Doctor is very knowledgeable and professional. Staff always treats me great. They sanitized all frames people try on right away, so you never have to worry about contact from other people: They also are always able to quickly reschedule my appointments with no issue due to my hectic work schedule. Highly recommended.
They do need to get more desk help but my review is strictly about the doctor. I came in with something stuck in my eye. He has shown me the best care I think I've ever had in my lifetime. I've never had an eye.doctor be this thorough. I had to come back 4 times to recheck and monitor and each time he gave me tests and a visual.exam of my eyes. I have had exams all over the place and never felt this cared for. Thank you very much!
