Excellent customer service! Good price too! I found charger converter here, tried a few supermarkets and wasn't able to find it, but this little store has 3 different types!

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in Richmond. Then again how do you expect a shop that rents u-hauls, sells cellphone cases and acts as a UPS access point to have any sort of coherency or expertise.
Terrible customer service. Cell phone cases are cheap quality. Took mine back after a week when the stitching was coming undone and was told all sales final. He didn't even look at the case or acknowledge it. Save your money. Shop elsewhere.
