I have been buying phones from here for awhile but they have changed sales people. I’m very careful about the end bill when purchasing a phone. I was told my bill would be $73 inc tax per month and it is $100! I went back and I was told to call Fido to reduce my plan but after Boxing Day! I was verbally told one price and but not told I had to call Fido to get the price. When I questioned the agreement I did read it, I was told the discount would come later in the bill! I was lied to! So make sure you believe the agreement and not what you are told at this place
Tanveer helped me with a new phone and was very knowledgeable and helpful during the session. He ensured that I got exactly what I wanted at an affordable price with a smile on his face. The entire staff is very friendly and understanding. I had a wonderful experience and will be returning in the future.
My husband and I went to the Wow booth this evening to replace my husband's phone and we were so impressed with the level of service we received there. Tanveerstore manager went over and above to make sure that we got the best plan and device to fit our needs and our budget. They took their time to explain to us how the plans worked and also helped us set up certain features we wanted on the phone. They also informed informed us of credits we were eligible for and we ended up with so many extras which was fantastic!! I will definitely seek him for any future purchases. Thanks so much for the awesome service Tanveer!
A friend of mine told me to go to WOW Mobile at Hillcrest because they always have amazing deals and great customer service. And WOW they weren't wrong, I got a new phone cheaper than I had gotten my previous phone 5 years ago. Mahdi was the lad who helped me out. He has amazing customer service, he's patient, polite and well informed. While we were setting up the new phone I was confident in Mahdi's skills and expertise and knew I had got an amazing deal thanks to him!
Gave me and all my siblings all iPhone 13 Pro Maxs and gave us an amazing service. Mahdi was extremely nice and very understanding with our requests ! Amazing customer service!
Visited the store to upgrade my phone and get a better plan, I was highly impressed by the level of Customer service from one of the reps, Rahil. He was very well-acquainted with the products and offers, suggested the perfect plan for me and got me an amazing deal.
I got my plan from Rahil who is an excellent sales representative. I would totally recommend him to anyone. He  was accommodating and polite, and he assisted me in choosing the best phone plan for me. The quality of service I received at this store was amazing and I would highly recommend this location if you want to get your hands down on the best deals.
Awesome experience! Rahil was able to set up a great plan for my Mom. We were able to get her a sweet upgrade - her plan went from 2GB to 20GB AND a new phone for ONLY $10 more a month!! Thanks WOW
I can't say enough about this WOW! Mobile kiosk and Rahil as well as the others. About a month ago I was frustrated with my current cell phone provider not that the provider was bad, it was just bad for our neighborhood because of lack of towers in our area, so I wanted to switch to another provider. I went to several of the actual provider stores in the mall, and was not satisfied with what was being offered. Then I decided to speak with someone at WOW! mobile. I was fortunate to meet with Rahil. He was extremely attentive and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and helped me choose the best options for my situation. I was so impressed with his service that when my son asked to upgrade his phone, I told him "ok, let's go to Rahil. He will look after us." His colleagues as well, whom I spoke with that day were also very insightful and there to help, and provide the best price they could. I highly recommend WOW! mobile, at least this location and Rahil for their mobile needs, because they cater to almost all of the providers available.
I bought a phone from SHIMA , she is really patient , she have really good customer service , she is really the best . Other employees and manager of this location are so kind as well.
