DMAC is an Authorized Apple Dealer and Service Provider. It was founded as a consulting-oriented VAR. Ultimately, DMAC emerged as a reseller, filling the market need for personal computers. To differentiate itself from more price oriented national chains, DMAC emphasizes good product knowledge, professional service and support to customers. Our mission is to provide Macintosh computer products, quality consulting and repair services to the Mac community in a professional and friendly way. Our sales associates are experienced Mac users, and all our technical staff are Apple Certified Technicians.

I’ve been a customer of this shop for many years, every time they fixed my phone and my mom’s with efficiency. Staffs are all professional and well-mannered. Today I was there again to have my iPhone 6 Plus battery changed. I’m so happy with their service. I still remember last year around November, my phone was down, of course I was down too, but they managed to fix it and said since it was just a very minor problem so they did not charge me for the service. I was so grateful so I brought them a box of chocolates during Christmas. I feel so blessed that I found this shop years ago! Wish them fruitful business!
DMAC replaced my macbook pro battery at a reasonable price few years ago. My sister's macbook pro also suffered the battery issue, and overheating issue. I brought her laptop to DMAC. DMAC also replaced my sister's battery at a reasonable price and they replaced the thermal paste as well as cleaning the dust. Overall, the experience is perfect and professional. I would recommend going to DMAC if you suffer any mac issues.
Words cant even describe how happy I am. My macbook was among the recalled so my display was dead. Apple said they couldnt do anything since I was 5 months late to get it fixed for free. They quoted me $700, and london drugs quoted me almost $1k. Dmac charged me a fraction of this! Michael from Dmac knew RIGHT AWAY what the issue was. Extremely knowledgable and friendly! After 24 hours, my beloved 7 year macbook was back to normal. This is even faster than quoted which was two days. Wow! I am SO happy with the service, price, and overall just so glad to have my laptop back. Thank you DMAC + Michael! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE
Dmac standstill in Richmond for a really long times. There must be a reason. The service is great. Price reasonable. Find them trade in old Apple stuff is a good choice.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue on my old MacBook Pro and charged a very reasonable price for the fix. Even cleaned the laptop up a bit. Way better than the Apple Store!

This place is amazing. Robin is very helpful and professional. I spilled coffee into my Macbook and would not power on, he help me fix the problem. I really appreciate his help. Will recommend everyone to go to this place. Thanks again.
Really great job. The staff was really nice and friendly. They repaired my screen in less than an hour for a really competitive price and even offered me a screen protector for free. They also explain you why the problem occurred instead of just fixing it. Would definitely recommend. Edit: Got another problem with my phone, got it fixed in only 20 minutes, got a free screen protector again and even a 20% discount because it was my second time here. CANNOT get better than this.
This is the only repair shop that I trust! My family and I have had several of our products fixed at this location. They offer the best prices and such quality service. We've had both Macbook's and iPhone's fixed here. I personally interacted with Michael - he is definitely the master of his craft. I had some issues with. my repair the first time and while it did take some time and additional trips to rectify it, I am very happy with the result. They offer 30 day warranty on all repairs so you know they are confident in their abilities.
