This branch is absolutely great! The employees really care about their customers and want to get the best deals possible for them. They helped me port my old number and did all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. 100% would recommend using this branch!
Alvin, the employee who helped us today, was very polite and efficient despite the technical issues that was present. We were able to register for three mobile plans that met our needs at promotional pricing with his help.
I am an existing Virgin member. They refused to sell me a phone outright for $590. They told me I would need to be pushed into a contract for 2 years at $57 per month. Currently my bill is $45 per month. The same phone is available at Costco a few blocks away. When I told to agent I could buy a phone there for the same cost and keep my cheaper rate of $45 per month she told me l should do that instead. Imagine having a mobile phone corporation denying you a phone because you are not willing to be swindled by them. Terrible.
I recently had the opportunity to become a member of Virgin mobile network. Sales representative Alvin was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful who solved all my queries that I had regarding purchase of my new deal. He was very patient and made sure that we were satisfied with our purchase and had a good experience. Thanks Alvin!!

Wonderful customer service. The young girl who helped me today was polite, friendly and very efficient in fixing a complete mess that was done when I tried to change my plan by phone! It took a long time, but she never gave up and got the job done! Both employees at that counter were lovely, friendly and EFFICIENT! and they deserve at least a lean-to, for the more quiet times!
Recently joined as a member of Virgin Mobile, the sale representative Alvin was being helpful and professional, he can easily answer all the questions I had. Will definitely ask more friends to join!
I went there to buy a new phone and a new plan. The staff were amazing! Jordan listened to my needs and offered me the best products. Extremely kind, polite and professional. I would totally recommend this place.
